Job summary

NCG Hospitality is hiring a Server Assistant for The Trade Hotel Milwaukee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role starts at $13-$15/hour with potential for higher wages for experienced candidates; weekends and both morning/evening shifts are required.

This position supports servers to deliver fast, friendly service, keeps dining spaces clean, and ensures smooth operations across the front of the house. The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is part of a family-owned hospitality group with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three months or more of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions consistently, on-time and error free.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• In the Server Assistant role, you'll help create a seamless dining experience by keeping tables clean, resetting quickly, and supporting servers to ensure fast, friendly service for every guest.
• Maintains continual upkeep of dining spaces to include entry ways and all guest-facing spaces
• Stock service stations throughout the shift to include beverage and paper supplies
• Ensures back of house is clean and orderly
