4 THE ESCAPE LLC is opening a new venue in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward and seeks Game Master/Hosts for part-time roles. You’ll report to the Venue Assistant Manager and contribute to a high-energy customer experience.

The role requires standing for extended periods, welcoming guests, and assisting in game operations. Part-time schedule with weekend availability and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident with good communication skills.
• Able to welcome guests with a warm, positive attitude.
• Flexibility for hours with weekend availability.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 20 pounds during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).
• Reset games after they have been played
• Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
• Upsell games and merchandise to customers
• Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
• Maintain safety standards
• Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards

Based at our new store, opening soon in Milwaukee's beautiful Historic Third Ward, we are seeking Game Master/Hosts to join our team. The successful applicants will become an integral part of our team as we grow this exciting new venue. You’ll report directly to the Venue Assistant Manager. Part-time positions available.

Job Description

• Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).
