REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company delivering fan experiences at college and professional events. We hire goal-oriented, high-energy individuals to greet guests, assist with tailgates, and support event operations on game days.

This part-time role requires outdoor work and weekend availability for home games from August to November, with a team-focused attitude to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
• Bellhop responsibilities - transport tailgating equipment to guests' designated areas and check in to meet their needs.
• Welcome Tent Supervision - manage the guest services area and direct guests for smooth operations.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and uphold REVELXP's values: service, joy, entrepreneurship.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries with a professional attitude.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of operations, setup/breakdown, and supplies management.
• Be proactive with special guest requests, equipment transport, and site cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, organized tailgate site reflecting REVELXP standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
• Bellhop Responsibilities - transport tailgating equipment to guests' designated areas, maintain their tailgate site, and check in to ensure their needs are met. Walk the site and check in with tailgate tents to make sure guests are enjoying their time and offer assistance as needed.
• Welcome Tent Supervision - manage the guest services area, direct guests, and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and exemplify REVELxp's core values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship, ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, requests, and inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Be proactive in assisting with any special requests from guests, such as transporting equipment back to vehicles or assisting with the cleanup and maintenance of tailgate sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized site, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable throughout the event that represents REVELxp standards.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with carrying, setting up, and moving equipment.
