Job summary

Aramark at Empower Field’s Denver Broncos Team Store is seeking a Retail Sales Worker to join the game-day team, helping fans find team merchandise and creating a fun shopping experience.

You’ll handle sales, stock displays, assist with inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service during Broncos home games.

Shifts are part-time, with flexible scheduling through ReadyOn, and there is no minimum guaranteed hourly commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Denver Broncos home games.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and assist fans, helping them find the perfect merchandise while creating a fun and memorable game-day shopping experience.
• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-energy, fan-focused environment.
• Stock, replenish, and maintain merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized, inviting, and game-day ready.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, protecting company assets, and assisting with inventory and other assigned duties.
