Job summary

Aramark at Empower Field in Denver is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to manage concession operations during events. You will lead a large stand staff in a high-volume food and beverage setting at Mile High Stadium.

This hourly, seasonal role features flexible scheduling via ReadyOn with shifts up to 25 hours per week and no guaranteed minimum. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options; parental leave and disability coverage vary by location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict.
• Able to read and write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse.
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff.
• Maintains paperwork such as temperature logs and inventory sheets during events.
• Adheres to food safety guidelines and ensures staff follow them.
• Operates POS or assists with food/beverage preparation as needed.
• Maintains adequate product levels in each stand.
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after events.
• Delivers friendly, efficient customer service.
