Job summary

Aramark at Empower Field in Denver, CO is seeking an Event Day HR Staffing Admin to support staffing for Broncos home games and events. This hourly/seasonal position requires flexibility and reliability to ensure fans have a great experience.

The role includes event setup, staff check-in, onboarding, and customer service tasks. Shifts will be managed via ReadyOn with a cap of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in excel and/or google sheets.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
• MUST have availability for ALL Broncos home games.

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Event Day Staffing Assistant ensures our locations are fully staffed so our fans have the best experience! This is the position for you if you enjoy operating high-volume events, working in food and beverage, and staffing great personnel for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Candidates must be available for ALL Denver Broncos home games.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Position Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.
