Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Director of Retail for the Denver Broncos Team Store to oversee all retail operations, including brick-and-mortar, outlets, and concession channels at Empower Field. You will drive strategy, financial results, merchandising, and service excellence for a premier fan shopping experience.

The role leads with enterprise-wide accountability for growth, governance, and long-term program success, partnering with district leadership and HR to hire staff and manage events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Experience with full P&L ownership and financial performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, retail management, or a related field.
• Excellent executive communication skills and client-facing presence.
• Flexible, event-based schedule; occasional travel may be required.
• Experience in contract-managed, multi-unit, or venue-based retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term direction and priorities for the retail business, setting strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Maintain accountability for retail financial performance, including revenue growth and margin performance.
• Serve as primary senior-level retail liaison for executive-level client communication and planning discussions.
• Provide strategic oversight across all retail channels to ensure alignment with standards and growth objectives.
• Set governance models, performance expectations, and operating rhythms for accountability.
• Guide development of annual and multi-year retail business plans and budgets.
• Oversee product selection and inventory planning based on market trends and financial goals.
• Ensure controls and risk management for inventory, labor, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Use data and market insight to evaluate results and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives for operational efficiency and guest experience improvements.
• Identify new concepts and innovations to evolve the retail program.
