Job summary

New England Revolution is seeking an energetic matchday operations coordinator to help prepare and support home and visiting teams for MLS and MLS Next Pro matches. The role ensures a professional, league-compliant environment and smooth logistics across the matchday timeline.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Personable and professional in all interactions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure matchday environment.
• Comfortable interfacing with coaches, referees, league officials, and other essential personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must work required match standards of at least 13 of 17 regular season matches for the NE Revolution.
• Must work required match standards of at least 10 of 14 MLSNP regular season matches for New England Revolution II.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting the full matchday operations timeline.
• Previous sports operations or event operations experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by match schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of locker room set up and break down for home and visiting teams.
• Support home and visiting team training staff and match officials with operational needs related to match execution.
• Provide operational sideline support including coordination with stretcher crew, hydration and equipment protocols, interaction with MLS match directors, security personnel, inspectors, and league observers.
• Assist with scoreboard operations and monitoring when needed.
• Provide general support to the Soccer Operation staff throughout all matchday activities.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
