Kraft Soccer in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time Game Day Operations Coordinator to support MLS matchday logistics for NE Revolution and MLS Next Pro. The role ensures a professional, league-compliant environment for players, coaches, referees and staff.

You will assist with locker room setup, equipment protocols, and operational support across matchday activities, including coordination with MLS staff and security.

• Must work required match standards of at least 10 of 14 MLSNP regular season matches for New England Revolution II.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting the full matchday operations timeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with locker room set up and break down for home and visiting teams.
• Support home and visiting team training staff and match officials with operational needs related to match execution.
• Provide operational sideline support including coordination with stretcher crew, hydration and equipment protocols, interaction with MLS match directors, security personnel, inspectors, and league observers.
• Assist with scoreboard operations and monitoring when needed.
• Provide general support to the Soccer Operation staff throughout all matchday activities.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
