Kraft Soccer Llc in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time Matchday Operations Assistant to support all aspects of NE Revolution matchday operations for MLS and MLS Next Pro.

You will help with locker room setup, support training staff and officials, provide sideline assistance, coordinate with stretcher crews, hydration and equipment protocols, assist with scoreboard operations, and contribute to a league-compliant, professional matchday experience.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure matchday environment.
• Comfortable interfacing with coaches, referees, league officials, and other personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to support the full matchday operations timeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with locker room setup and breakdown for home and visiting teams.
• Support training staff and match officials with operational needs related to match execution.
• Provide operational sideline support including coordination with stretcher crew, hydration and equipment protocols, interaction with MLS match directors, security, inspectors and league observers.
• Assist with scoreboard operations and monitoring when needed.
• Provide general support to Soccer Operation staff throughout all matchday activities.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as required.
