Job summary

The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time Sports Performance Associate to support the New England Revolution's performance operations, conditioning programming, and athlete monitoring.

You will help implement training protocols, collect data, analyze results, and assist with return-to-play processes, working with the Academy Sports Performance Coach and sports medicine staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
• 2-4 years of related experience in high-performance environments preferred.
• Experience designing training reports using Excel or Tableau (preferred).
• Knowledge of strength and conditioning principles and youth development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain player wellness and training-load data.
• Execute daily warm-up and conditioning activities.
• Develop individualized activation and strength protocols.
• Implement on-field and gym-based strength, speed, and recovery programs.
• Coordinate with Sports Medicine for return-to-play modifications.
• Conduct physical-performance testing and report results.
