The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time Game Day Soccer Operations Coordinator to support MLS and MLS Next Pro matchday operations. You will help ensure a professional, league-compliant environment for players, coaches, and officials.

You will assist with locker room logistics, sideline support, and scoreboard duties, while coordinating with league staff and security. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure matchday environment.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to match schedules.
• Must work a minimum number of matches per season as specified (13 of 17 MLS matches; 10 of 14 MLSNP matches).

Responsibilities

• Assist with locker room setup and breakdown for home and visiting teams.
• Support training staff and match officials with operational needs.
• Provide sideline operational support and coordinate with MLS personnel, security, inspectors, and league observers.
• Assist with scoreboard operations and general matchday support.
• Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates.

This role plays an essential part in ensure a professional, seamless, and league-compliant matchday experience for players, coaches, referees, club personnel, and league representatives. Coordinators assist with operational logistics, match preparation, and on-field support to help deliver a high-quality environment consistent with MLS/MLSNP standards.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Assist with all aspects of locker room set up and break down for home and visiting teams.2. Support home and visiting team training staff and match officials with operational needs related to match execution.3. Provide operational sideline support including, coordination with stretcher crew, hydration and equipment protocols,, interaction with MLS match directors, security personnel, inspectors, and league observers.4. Assist with scoreboard operations and monitoring when needed.5. Provide general support to the Soccer Operation staff throughout all matchday activities.6.
