Duke University requests applications for the position of Resource Acquisition Game Day Assistant. This position supports the preparation, coordination and implementation of game day and non-game day hospitality events for the intercollegiate sports programs at Duke University.

One year of experience in marketing, event management or special events preferred, or equivalent combination of education & experience. Max of 19.9 hours/week with night/weekend hours expected.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in marketing, event management or special events preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience acceptable.
• Ability to lift/move 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Max of 19.9 hours/week; includes event operating hours, with night/weekend hours expected.
• Handle set ups & breakdowns for events within Resource Acquisition.
• Serve as day of event coordinator at events.
• Perform other duties as directed.
