The University of North Florida Athletics Department is seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join the Game Day Table Crew. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with table setup and breakdown, and help engage fans, student-athletes, coaches, and guests at athletic events.

This role is ideal for those interested in sports administration and event operations, with shifts based on UNF event schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff, donors, and guests.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.
• Help with setup and breakdown of game-day tables, signage, and materials.
• Distribute promotional items, programs, giveaways, and event information.
• Report issues, concerns, or customer service needs to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other game-day operational duties as assigned.
