The University of North Florida Athletics Department is hiring a Game Day Table Crew member to support at athletic events. The role focuses on customer service, fan engagement, and game operations to create a positive experience for players, fans, alumni and guests.

Work will be scheduled around UNF Athletics events with shifts typically ranging from 3 to 6 hours, evenings and weekends required. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential.

Department Athletics, Marketing-OPS Compensation $15.00 Hourly Position Summary

The UNF Athletics Game Day Table Crew provides customer service and game-day support at athletic events. Crew members assist with general fan engagement, announcing, and game operations to help ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests. This position is ideal for individuals interested in sports administration, event management, customer service, and athletics operations.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff, donors, and guests.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.

Work Schedule

Hours are based on UNF Athletics event schedules. Evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional daytime availability is needed. Typical shifts range from 3 to 6 hours depending on the event.

Required Qualifications Statement(s) of Understanding

This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check. The holder of this position is designated as a "Responsible Employee" pursuant to their role under Title IX. Therefore, the incumbent must promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse by or against any student, employee, contractor, or visitor to the University's Title IX Administrator or any divisional Title IX Coordinator The holder of this position is responsible for any NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines that a member of the UNF Athletic Compliance Department provides in addition to all UNF regulations. The individual must also assure that NCAA, Conference and UNF regulations are followed to the best of their knowledge and any violations thereof are reported to UNF Athletic Compliance.
