The New Orleans Saints Fan Experience Department is seeking passionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Saints Game Day Ambassadors for the 2026 season. This part-time, seasonal position is essential in providing exceptional customer service to fans attending New Orleans Saints games at the Caesars Superdome.

As a Saints Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring a world-class experience for every fan.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work all Saints home games, playoffs and other events.
• Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills, with a focus on making each fan feel valued.
• Positive, can-do attitude with professionalism and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face fans see upon arrival at the Caesars Superdome.
• Assist the Fan Experience Department with fan relations during all home games.
• Understand stadium facilities to deliver top-tier service to fans.
• Monitor key areas to ensure safety and escalate issues appropriately.
• Bring energy and pride in representing the Saints organization in every interaction.
• Grow knowledge week over week and improve throughout the NFL season.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth game day operations.
