Job summary

Superdome seeks a part-time Experience Ambassador responsible for assisting Event Coordinators during events. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

This position requires a minimum age of 18 and the ability to work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with managerial tasks is preferred. Candidates will perform various duties related to event management and guest services.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Extensive building knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an extension of Event Coordinator during events.
• Main point of contact during the event door opening process.
• Resolve front of house patron/ticket/building issues.
