Qualifications

• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during events.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in retail or customer service.
• Accuracy in cash handling and POS procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enthusiastic welcome to guests and inform them of in-store policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and make personalized sales recommendations.
• Maintain an energetic, positive atmosphere for fans and team members.
• Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Present and upsell merchandise and promotions.
• Support merchandising standards, plan-o-gram execution, and displays.
• Assist with store setup, restocking, cleaning, and organizing the sales floor.
• Participate in inventory management, counts, and controls.
• Stay informed on promotions and venue events to better assist fans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure gift shop locations are visually appealing.
