Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; Driver’s Record check possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allow entry into venues, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct venue traffic.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies, procedures and regulations of venues, facilities and events.
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as you complete the encounter.
• Provide guests with directions or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
