The role involves helping with event day prep, guiding guests, and ensuring smooth entry into venues. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass required background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry into venues, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies and regulations of venues and events.
• Greets guests warmly as they arrive and thanks them at exit.
• Provides guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
