Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking dependable Game Day Event Team members for Lexington, KY. This seasonal, part-time role puts you at the heart of football games and large events, delivering security support and guest services with a smile.

No experience needed; training provided. You will enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the chance to grow with a national leader in crowd management. The position is open to surrounding areas and offers an energetic, dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; Driver’s Record check may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry, may scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct guests.
• Understands policies and regulations of venues, facilities and events.
• Greets guests warmly and thanks them as you complete your encounter with each guest.
• Provides guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Interacts with guests using a friendly, natural tone.
