Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Professional, articulate with good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Direct venue entry, scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges.
• Know policies for different venues and events.
• Greet guests warmly and thank guests on exit.
• Provide directions and suggestions to enhance guests' experience.
