Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior security or event staff experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and scan tickets and verify wristbands as needed.
• Welcome and usher guests and direct foot traffic.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service at entry points.
• Ensure venue areas are clean, orderly, and safe.
