Job summary

The Colorado Rockies Baseball Club is seeking a highly organized Coordinator, In-Game Entertainment & Event Operations to support game days and special events at Coors Field in Denver. This role provides essential administrative, financial, and logistical support for game-day programming, promotions, and departmental events.

The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, communicates effectively with partners, and can manage multiple time-sensitive assignments in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in event operations or related environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, shifting priorities, and firm deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification possible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pregame group requests and maintain a master schedule of participants.
• Provide timelines, scripts, credentials, and event information to departments and participants.
• Schedule anthem performers and manage related photos, plaques, and recognition materials.
• Coordinate active-duty military groups, veterans, and honorees in game-day programming.
• Prepare and distribute homestand reports and other operational information to partners.
• Attend homestand, special-event, operational, and safety meetings as assigned.
• Maintain calendar for home games, non-game-day events, and deliveries.
• Coordinate gate giveaways, promotional items, and departmental deliveries.
• Organize volunteer groups for gate-giveaway distribution and ticket orders.
• Provide planning and onsite support for major events (Fantasy Camp, Opening Day, Rockies 5K, Golf Tournament).
• Identify and resolve scheduling, delivery, and event-logistics issues.
