Job summary

Englewood Schools is seeking a game-day assistant to support pre-, during, and post-game activities at Englewood High School. You will handle scorekeeping, operate the time clock, and deliver public announcements to spectators.

Responsibilities also include coordinating ticket sales, securing the venue, and ensuring officials' paperwork is properly filed. The role requires strong communication and teamwork within a dynamic school sports environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• One (1) year job related experience (preferred).
• English fluency will be determined through the application and interview process.

Responsibilities

• Ticket sales at events.
• Ticket taking from attendees.
• Maintain game day security and order.
• Make public announcements during games.
• Ensure officials' paperwork is signed and sent to the bookkeeper.
• Assist with chain crew and field setup for football games.
• Build rapport with students, staff and parents for proactive problem solving.
• Participate in required training sessions.
• Apply knowledge to support site operations effectively.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
