Job summary

Colby College Athletics is seeking energetic, reliable concessions staff to join Game Day Operations in Waterville, ME. You will greet fans, take orders, and handle payments at our concession stands during home games.

Training is provided for food prep and service. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work flexible evenings and weekends. This is an hourly, event-based role starting at $15.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus; we will train you.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and visitors, take orders, and process credit card transactions at the concession stand.
• Prepare and package standard concession items, restock displays, monitor temperatures.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow closing procedures after events.
