CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable Mess Attendant Supervisor in Groton, CT. This working supervisor role leads by example, trains team members, and performs hands-on duties to assure a clean, safe, and efficient dining environment.

Responsibilities include supervising Attendants, enforcing sanitation and PPE protocols, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining organized service areas throughout shifts.

Formación

• Experience leading small teams in food service, custodial, or galley operations.
• Hands-on supervision with the ability to train and guide staff.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and PPE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to Mess Attendants during shifts.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and promote a positive team environment.
• Ensure sanitation standards and PPE use are followed.
• Operate and oversee dishwashing equipment to sanitize dishware.
• Assist with inventory checks and coordination with kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and service zones.
