Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas, serving lines, beverage stations, and condiment bars before meal service.
• Serve food portions to personnel in a courteous, efficient, and regulation-compliant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the galley and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash pots, pans, utensils, trays, and equipment.
• Restock serving lines and dining supplies throughout meal periods.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors for a safe environment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock.
• Follow sanitation, hygiene, and food-safety regulations at all times.
• Support cooks and supervisors with cleaning, restocking, and end-of-shift duties.</n>
