Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Gallery Leader to guide and develop associates across all gallery functions, driving sales, brand presentation and operational excellence. This role requires a passion for design and luxury furnishings, with focus on strategy, execution and team development.

The leader will ensure exceptional service, loss prevention and implementation of company initiatives while representing RH with refined professionalism.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or a similar field.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Proven ability to foster a positive, empowering work environment and develop associates.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; high energy and results-driven.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to stand, bend, stoop and maneuver around gallery floor and stock room.
