Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail.
• Interior design experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

This role is responsible for driving sales, managing bottom-line performance, and fostering a culture of refined taste and professionalism. The Leader partners with field and people teams to resolve HR matters, implement initiatives, and empower teams to deliver top results.
