Summary

The Gallery Leader will lead and develop associates across all functions of the Gallery, delivering first-class service and driving strategy and execution. This role requires a passion for design and luxury home furnishings, strong leadership to empower teams, and the ability to remove obstacles to achieve business goals. The Leader is responsible for cultivating talent, promoting a positive environment, and representing the brand with polished professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop teams to drive sales, control expenses and promote a positive, high-performance environment
• Attract, hire and retain talent who uphold RH standards and support career development
• Represent the RH brand through refined appearance and communication and communicate the design ethos and product assortment
• Address HR concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team
• Monitor, analyze and communicate business performance and develop strategies to achieve results
• Support loss prevention, inventory management, Gallery cash controls and internal audits
• Implement and follow up on initiatives, rollouts and operational changes

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or similar field; interior design experience preferred
• Proven ability to foster a positive and empowering work environment
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; results-driven with high energy
• Adept at learning from mistakes and seeking constructive feedback to improve results; smart, creative with a point of view
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver on the Gallery floor and perform prolonged standing, bending and other physical tasks
