Job summary

RH Gallery in Indianapolis seeks an on-site Maintenance & Housekeeping Coordinator responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives, coordinating with the Gallery Team to keep the facility aligned with RH standards. You will oversee preventive and reactive maintenance of building systems and equipment, triage work orders, and help maintain a safe work environment.

This role requires interaction with operations and production areas, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair and identifying process improvements.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stockroom, and office spaces.
• Capable of prolonged standing and physical activities including twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities
