Job summary

Tyler Park Presents is seeking a part-time Gallery Assistant for two days per week (Friday and Saturday, 11am–6pm). The role requires an entry-level candidate with a gallery internship background and comfort with Apple software and Google tools. You will assist visitors, handle emails, and participate in gallery openings beyond regular hours.

Paid at $25/hour with a 10% commission on net gallery sales; commissions are incentive-based. Paid time off and sick time accrue over time.

Qualifications

• Previous gallery internship experience is required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or administrative support is preferred.
• Comfortable using Apple software/hardware, Gmail, Google Calendar and art inventory systems.
• Entry-level art handling and packing skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend gallery openings in addition to the regular schedule.
• Answer emails in a professional, approachable manner and assist visitors.
• Assist with general gallery operations and front-desk duties.
