Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the market — full accountability for balance sheet, income statement, and loan portfolio.
• Lead the team — direct supervision of Loan Officers, Loan Assistants, CSRs, and tellers.
• Drive growth — expand retail and commercial market share through lending and relationship development.
• Manage risk — oversee new loan requests, past dues, classified loans, non-accruals, overdrafts, and exceptions.
• Be the face of the bank — represent the institution in community, civic, and business organizations.
• Develop people — educate, mentor, and build a high-performing team culture.
