Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the community bank’s asset base through profitable growth of market share.
• Supervise and direct community bank personnel including loan officers, CSRs, tellers.
• Monitor balance sheet and income statement for the community bank.
• Represent the bank in professional, business, and community organizations to promote services.
• Oversee loan portfolio in the designated market and ensure compliance with lending policies.
