Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 0 to 3 years of general ledger accounting experience welcome for new grads.
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close tasks, including journal entries, general ledger reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations and rollforwards.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and ad hoc analyses for senior management.
• Research accounting issues and new standards, and answer accounting questions from stores and corporate departments.
• Keep close and reporting documentation current to support internal controls, and work with internal and external auditors during audits.
