Insight Global in Atlanta area is seeking an Accounting Manager for a private equity backed growth organization in Sandy Springs. The role reports to the VP/Controller and ensures GAAP-compliant financial reporting and a robust close process.

Lead AP/AR/GL/cash, manage staff, and drive process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn numbers into strategic insights for business opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7-10 years accounting, preferably with acquisitive businesses.
• 3+ years management experience and leadership skills.
• 5+ years owning the monthly/annual close process.
• 7+ years full-cycle, hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficient with WIP/POC accounting.
• Private Equity experience with growth via M&A.
• Thorough GAAP knowledge and standard procedures.
• Strong ERP experience including implementation/upgrade.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Must work four days on-premises, one day remote.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AP, AR, GL accounting, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Produce and analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements.
• Oversee close process and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with annual budget and pro-forma budgets for acquisitions.
• Lead a growing accounting team and assign duties.
• Support audit process and internal controls remediation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and cash flow.
• Drive process improvements to remove low-value manual tasks.
• Partner with other functions to align accounting with business goals.
