Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Missouri is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to prepare and file required financial reports for multiple regulators. The role covers monthly, weekly, quarterly and annual filings with strict attention to accuracy and internal controls.

You will interpret guidance, collaborate across teams, and support month-end close while ensuring data aligns with regulatory standards. A BA/BS in accounting or finance and 3+ years in GAAP reporting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum three years GAAP accounting experience, including financial reporting.
• Relevant banking or financial services experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate regulatory reports and filings (e.g., Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-2900).
• Read and interpret regulatory guidance, sourcing vital data and preparing schedules with supporting work papers.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reported data aligns to regulatory requirements.
• Perform data aggregation to source data for reporting.
• Reconcile regulatory reports to the general ledger and financial statements.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes related to regulatory reporting.
• Research new regulatory developments and reporting requirements and implement accordingly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Support audits for regulatory examinations and internal/external audits.
