Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate financial and regulatory reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Interpret reporting requirements and prepare schedules and documentation.
• Aggregate, analyze, and validate financial data from multiple sources.
• Reconcile regulatory and financial reports to the general ledger and statements.
• Maintain reporting documentation, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Research new reporting requirements and implement changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for reporting accuracy.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Support audits, examinations, and compliance reviews.
