Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Missouri team. You will perform professional accounting work, including compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data, ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions.

Essential duties include preparing timely worksheets and financial statements, assisting in monthly management reporting, and documenting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely worksheets, financial statements and reports.
• Assist in monthly management reporting and variance analyses.
• Analyze financial statements and reports including balance sheets, P&L and cash flow statements.
• Document policies and workflow for assigned areas.
• Collaborate across departments to understand interdepartmental functions.
