Energy Vault is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for corporate and project entities. You will work closely with the Director of Finance & Accounting and the Chief Accounting Officer on financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and project accounting oversight.

This role will coordinate with tax advisors and external auditors. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of accounting experience, US GAAP knowledge, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• 6-10 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and public accounting/auditing preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle NetSuite a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director of Finance & Accounting in monthly close and consolidation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain the general ledger for subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with external auditors for reviews and audits.
• Research GAAP issues and advise on complex transactions.
• Oversee project accounting and cost tracking with Project Delivery teams.
• Manage accounts payable and payment calendar.
• Support tax remittance and forecasting; coordinate with HR on payroll.
• Contribute to budgeting and cross-functional accounting support.
