Servco Pacific Inc. in Hawaii seeks an Accountant to support general ledger accounting, period-end close, and reporting. The role requires applying U.S. GAAP, strong analytical skills, and sound judgment in evaluating transactions and controls.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate recording and timely close. A Bachelor's in Accounting and 2+ years of experience are required; CPA or candidate is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum two years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, period closing, and reconciliations.
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Record general ledger transactions per U.S. GAAP and policy.
• Perform period-end close and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare reconciliations, analyze variances, and research discrepancies.
• Support audits and internal control improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate transaction recording.
