Job summary

This role requires CPA, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with detailed execution to support Servco's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; master’s preferred.
• Minimum seven years of progressive accounting experience; Big 4 preferred.
• CPA required; active license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and translating guidance into policy.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with financial systems and automotive tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting close, reconciliations, and complex analyses.
• Own accounting policies, controls, and process governance.
• Oversee reserves, estimates, and tax-related accounting elements.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and AI use cases.
• Partner with Corporate Reporting, FP&A, and other finance teams.
