Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum seven years of progressive accounting experience, including at least four years in public accounting.
• CPA certification required; active license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the ability to translate guidance into practical decisions and processes.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with financial systems; DealerTrack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee period-end close, reconciliations, and complex accounting analyses.
• Manage reserves, estimates, fixed asset accounting, and tax-related accounting.
• Provide audit support, internal controls, and policy/process governance.
• Lead finance transformation, automation, and data-driven improvements across General Accounting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate accounting requirements into effective workflows.
