Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking an Accountant to analyze financial processes, develop systems for performance, and monitor activities to recommend improvements to financial workflows.

The role involves coordinating with teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and enhancing financial controls, reporting, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have accounting expertise and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with major coursework in accounting or related field.
• (4) years of relevant experience preferably in government or workforce development.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in MIP Accounting Software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor accounting entries for business processes in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Design and monitor processes for receipt and disbursement of funds.
• Perform accounting analysis and monthly reconciliations.
• Assist in audit processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
