You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve the lives of customers and support daily business operations.

Qualifications

• Must have active GA Property Casualty license.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Previous State Farm team member experience is preferred.

As Account Representative for James Kang State Farm Agency , you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Property & Casualty license- Must
• Previous State Farm team member experience preferred.
