Elite Medical Staffing, LLC is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for IC F/ID opportunities in Unadilla, GA. This role offers flexible scheduling and per diem shifts at $36/hour, with the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license with current status
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICF/ID setting
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Standing/walking with bending and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs in EMR
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policy
• Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare providers
• Provide direct nursing care and support healthcare needs
• Assist with health assessments and care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, direct support professionals, and caregivers
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management and medications
• Document medications, treatments, and observations accurately
• Maintain compliance with policies, infection control, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency
• Perform other duties as assigned
