Job summary

FEHE Enterprises, Inc. seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care for individuals with IDD in residential settings in Georgia. You will administer medications, monitor health, document care, and coordinate follow-up with medical providers.

The role requires an active GA LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication with staff. Flexible scheduling and travel between FEHE homes are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted GA LPN license.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Strong nursing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with regular communication to Nursing leadership.
• Willingness to travel among FEHE locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications per physician orders.
• Monitor health status and vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate medical follow-up and referrals with providers.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and documentation.
• Educate DSPs and program staff on health protocols and medications.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and safety requirements.
