Qualifikationen

• Active CNA Certification
• Experience in ICF/ID setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Aufgaben

• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs in EMR
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
• Support independence in daily routines and life skills
• Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning
• Encourage participation in recreational, educational, vocational, and community activities
• Monitor health, behavior and well-being, report changes to staff
• Maintain a safe, respectful, person-centered environment
• Document care and observations per facility requirements
• Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance
• Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned
