The role coordinates activities from move/depletion through disinfect/shavings, ensuring timely completion and strong grower relations. The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field or equivalent experience, some poultry background, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license, with flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and verifying all activities from the beginning of the move/depletion process through the disinfect/shavings process.
• Fostering and strengthening contract grower relations.
• Fostering and strengthening relationships with other departments through daily communications and interactions.
• Clearly communicating all deadlines to the necessary people involved.
• Ensuring timelines are appropriate and deadlines are met.
• Performing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
